For instance: Composting
Farmers are happy with their own compost. Before, empty pods are left in the forest. Now, farmers know, that pods are a source of compost. They even experiment with dark soil – terra preta – to improve the quality of their own fertilizer.
How do the farmers learn about? We are training the families by training of multipliers. The multipliers are trained and then they are training the farmer families in the districts.
